Registered Nurse (RN)-MedSurg Acute Care-Neuro Telemetry-FT Nights

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in MedSurg Acute Care and Neuro Telemetry units. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while coordinating interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and timely documentation to ensure safe, quality outcomes. Partner with patients and families to set care goals, participate in evidence-based practice initiatives, and support performance improvement projects. Mentor staff, complete mandatory education, and uphold Wellstar's safety absolutes and professional standards. Night shift with 20K bonus for eligible candidates.
