Registered Nurse (RN)-MedSurg Acute Care-Neuro Telemetry-FT Nights

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro telemetry patients while adhering to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and shift reports to ensure safe, individualized patient care and timely documentation. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide education, while participating in evidence-based practice initiatives and performance improvement projects. Mentor new staff and students, complete mandatory competency assessments, and contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events.
