Registered Nurse (RN)-MedSurg Acute Care-Neuro Telemetry-FT Days

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care for patients across the continuum. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation while partnering with families to set and update care goals. Uphold Wellstar's safety absolutes and TJC Patient Safety Goals by participating in performance improvement, value analysis, and shared governance activities. Mentor staff and students to build a qualified workforce while completing mandatory education and competency assessments. Contribute to protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events, ensuring compliance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards.
