Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg 5S Nights

Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions and administer prescribed medications. Provide high-quality care including basic self-care activities, patient education, and prioritization of tasks. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and assist physicians with procedures while addressing psychosocial needs. Maintain patient safety, practice cost-effective supply usage, and commit to lifelong learning. Requires RN licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS preferred. 5S nights shift.
