Registered Nurse (RN)

Assess and document resident conditions, implement physician orders, and administer medications, IVs, and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations. Coordinate nursing care for residents undergoing therapy or procedures, initiate team conferences for individualized care plans, and supervise LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs. Ensure equipment maintenance, manage supplies economically, and report pertinent observations to physicians. Interview applicants, recommend hires, and participate in counseling and disciplinary actions within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act.
