Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Unit - Days

Assess and reassess the health care needs of individuals on 16 med/surg tele beds, analyzing findings to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes. Provide nursing care through evidence-based interventions to achieve patient goals, while evaluating discharge needs and outcomes using critical thinking. Coordinate care with patients, families, and healthcare providers to maintain a safe environment for those with complex medical conditions. Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and BLS/ACLS training required. New grads must complete the Nurse Residency Program. Evening, night, and weekend differentials apply.
