Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Unit - Days

Assess and reassess the health care needs of individuals, including post-op colorectal patients, while involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, then implement evidence-based interventions guided by current regulations and policy. Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking to recognize problems and reach sound conclusions, while also evaluating discharge needs related to the plan of care. This Registered Nurse role on the 5TA Medical team focuses on restoring optimal physical and mental well-being in a safe, supportive environment for adult populations with complex medical conditions.
