Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Unit - Days

Assess and reassess the health care needs of individuals, analyze findings to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, and provide interventions guided by evidence-based practice, regulations, and policy. Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking to recognize problems and reach sound conclusions, while assessing discharge needs related to the plan of care. Coordinate care with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to achieve specific goals. This medical/surgical unit provides post-op colorectal care to adult populations with complex conditions across 16 beds.
