Job Summary
Provides clinical direction for patient care in an acute inpatient setting, performing nursing assessments and developing individual plans of care in collaboration with patients and families. Delivers direct nursing care, delegates tasks, coordinates discharge planning, and ensures quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing with an RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience; night shift; full-time position at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, TN. Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
