Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document patient care, monitor conditions, and communicate with the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assist with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Coordinate patient care across disciplines for transfers, discharges, and referrals. Provide patient and family education and advocate for physical and emotional well-being. Participate in performance improvement and continuing education while maintaining regular attendance. Join a smaller hospital Medical-Surgical team with self-scheduling flexibility.
