Registered Nurse (RN), Medical-Surgical

Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document patient care, monitor patient condition, and communicate with the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assist patients with activities of daily living, coordinate care across disciplines, and provide patient and family education. Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients and participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Requires current state RN license, Associate's Degree, BCLS within 30 days, and one year of experience preferred.
