Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) on the 2-South Medical/Surgical Unit with a third-night shift, serving adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients across a variety of surgical and medical conditions (CHF, pneumonia, COPD, sepsis, atrial fibrillation, chest pain). New graduates are welcomed. Orientation includes an 11-week Transition to Practice program and a 6-month residency to support practice transition. Requires Education Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing and active RN licensure; BLS required within 90 days of hire; BSN or MSN preferred. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with additional benefits including comprehensive medical/dental/vision plans, tuition assistance, and career development opportunities.
