Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Unit

Perform a competent level of nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching, health promotion, and evaluation. Demonstrate clinical knowledge and skills aligned with standards of professional performance such as ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality, and resource utilization. Maintain Virginia RN licensure and complete Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
