Job Summary
Registered Nurse on Medical/Surgical/Telemetry/PCU team providing patient assessments, nursing interventions, condition-appropriate care, and timely documentation; responsible for care planning and ongoing professional development, with a focus on Cardiac, GI, Renal Failure, and Orthopedics cases; requires current Virginia (or compact state) RN license, BLS within 7 days, ACLS and NIHSS within 30 days, and an emphasis on BSN preferred with minimum 1 year nursing experience; full-time night shifts with rotating weekends and self scheduling options across a 30-bed unit.
Required Qualifications
- Virginia RN license (or compact-state RN license)
- BLS within 7 days of hire
- ACLS within 30 days of hire
- NIHSS within 30 days of hire
