Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients on a fast-paced med-surg unit. Perform comprehensive assessments, implement and evaluate care plans, administer medications and IV therapies, and manage complex postoperative and chronic conditions. Ensure accurate documentation in the EHR, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and uphold rigorous safety and infection-control standards.
