Registered Nurse (RN), Medical/Surgical Nursing, Full-Time, Night

Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering patient/family-centered care using evidence-based practices. Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and validate goals with patients and the interdisciplinary team. Deliver direct nursing care, monitor patient status, and ensure safety while adhering to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act. Manage documentation, coordinate discharge planning, and participate in quality improvement audits. Work night shifts at Blount Memorial Hospital, reporting to a supervisor. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing with one year of RN experience or completion of a residency program.
