Conduct accurate patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for neonatal through geriatric patients. Perform timely documentation of medical necessity and complete revisions of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Execute QI assessments and provide care tailored to the specific condition and age of the patient. Maintain current state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
