Job Summary
Provide high-quality medical care and a compassionate presence to patients and families on the Medical Surgical unit at Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, IL. Deliver healing touch during joyful, stressful, and uncertain times while maintaining strict adherence to core values of respect, care, competence, and joy. Maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Work a PRN/variable schedule with pay ranging from $32.00 to $48.30 based on experience, skills, and shift differentials. This role is part of Hospital Sisters Health System's 145-year legacy of serving communities across Illinois and Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules (for Wisconsin)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption
