Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical

Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical/Surgical unit at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center in Roaring Spring, PA. The role supports a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, with a mix of 12- and 8-hour shifts including Nights (7p-7a or 11p-7a) and rotating weekends/holidays. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to develop individualized care plans, planning and evaluating patient care, coordinating discharge planning, administering medications and IV therapies, ensuring narcotics accountability, providing patient and family education, maintaining EMR documentation, leading and supervising ancillary staff, and upholding infection control and safety standards. Requires State of PA RN license or compact license, Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), BLS and ACLS within 30 days, and BTNC/ATCN/TNCC within 1 year; PALS preferred. Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate care across the health care team is expected.
