Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical / Surgical

Assess patients' conditions and nursing care needs to create specialized plans of care. Collaborate with physicians and provide patients and/or families with instruction and education relevant to their conditions. Shape exceptional patient journeys daily by leveraging skills to directly impact patient wellbeing in a 16-bed Med/Surg unit operating within a Critical Access Hospital setting. This Med/Surg RN role includes four 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a) in a two-week pay period with rotating weekends and holidays.
