Job Summary
Deliver patient care in the Medical-Surgical Department using the nursing process of interview, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and triage. Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments while documenting care and monitoring patient conditions. Assist patients with activities of daily living, coordinate interdisciplinary care for transfers and discharges, and provide patient education. Work 12-hour shifts from 6:45pm to 7am in a 106-bed Joint Commission Accredited facility serving neonates through older adults. Requires an active Arizona or Compact RN license, Associate's Degree in Nursing, and BCLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona or compact state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Active Arizona or Compact RN License
- BCLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Handle with Care certification
- One year of experience
