Registered Nurse - RN - Medical-Surgical

Deliver direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical Department using the nursing process of interview, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and triage. Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments while documenting patient conditions and communicating with the care team, physicians, and families. Assist patients with activities of daily living, coordinate interdisciplinary care for transfers and discharges, and provide patient education tailored to age and culture. Advocate for patient well-being and participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Work 12-hour shifts from 6:45pm to 7am as part of a full-time night rotation.
