Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care on moderate to high acuity Acute Care units, including Med-Surg specialties, utilizing the nursing process. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and guide competency validation through clinical orientation under Clinical Educator support. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care while adhering to AMSN core curriculum and specialty certification standards. Requires state RN licensure, BLS certification, and six months of nursing experience. Full-time and part-time options available with a three-year incentive bonus, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
- any relevant life support certification as determined at position level
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
