Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients in the Medical Oncology Clinic using the nursing process. Anticipate changes in patient status, modify care plans as needed, and advocate for patient autonomy while ensuring informed consent. Mentor colleagues, precept student nurses, and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives. Manage interpersonal relationships, delegate care appropriately, and actively seek feedback to improve performance within the shared governance model. Requires New Hampshire RN licensure, BLS certification, and a BSN preferred. 40-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program
- Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate
