Registered Nurse (RN)- Medical Nursing Unit

Registered Nurse (RN) on the Medical Nursing Unit at Yale New Haven Hospital, Saint Raphael Campus. Responsibilities include assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and supervises patient care on the unit; provide supervision of non-RN personnel; function as Charge Nurse; coordinate care across the continuum; demonstrate competency in neuro patient care, airway management for neuro patients, and care for patients on ventilators; ensure educational opportunities and documentation; maintain performance in customer service, teamwork, and resource utilization; may be assigned to other nursing units as needed; requires proficiency with computer software and electronic patient records.
