Registered Nurse RN - Medical Intermediate Care and Progressive Cardiac Care - Full Time Nights

Capable clinician with previous specialty experience preferred, focused on expanding knowledge and skills. Provides direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients in Medical IMC and PCCU, including advanced monitoring and care for respiratory support, cardiac conditions, and post-procedure management. Uses the nursing process to coordinate care, lead or participate in unit activities, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrates leadership, communication with patients and families, and adherence to evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. Unit responsibilities include monitoring, documentation, and collaboration to support patient experience and nurse-sensitive indicators. Eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation support per terms.
