Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical ICU- Critical Care- Augusta- FT

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care provided. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns, and communicate necessary information while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance, and foster the growth of other nurses through mentorship and preceptorship. Work full-time night shifts (36 hours per week) at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta.
