Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Dialysis

RN Clinical Nurse in Medical Dialysis at Wellstar Cobb Hospital (Day shift, Full-Time). Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using evidence-based practice. Works within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care; supports professional development, mentoring of others, and adherence to standards including the Scope of Practice and ANA Code of Ethics. Responsibilities include coordinating care, participating in interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, performance improvement activities, and educating patients and families. Requires an Associate’s Degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) and active RN licensure with BLS; position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and evidence-based practice within the Wellstar shared governance model.
