Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Dialysis

RN in Medical Dialysis Unit provides patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) with evidence-based practice. Works within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate safe, high-quality care, supports diverse populations, and educates patients/significant others. Demonstrates teamwork, documentation, and adherence to standards and policies, pursues professional development, and may serve as a preceptor/mentor. Requires active nursing license, basic life support, and completion of accredited nursing program; associates degree required with bachelor’s degree preferred. Sign-on bonus eligible. Day shift, full-time.
