Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) on the Med/Surg 7E team provides patient care using the nursing process, maintains accountability for care of assigned patients, evaluates care effectiveness of direct care givers, coordinates patient care with other departments, and upholds patient rights and confidentiality; requires MO RN license (or compact licensure) and BLS, with full-time day shift (36 hours/week) at Mercy Hospital South (St. Louis, MO).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire
