Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Tele - West Hospital

Assess patient status and deliver exceptional nursing care to patients with medical and surgical diagnoses. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to collect vital signs, administer IV medications, and evaluate patient conditions. Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance outcomes, updating and revising them to facilitate achievement of expected goals. Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment while administering medications consistent with state practice and Mercy Health policies. Requires current RN licensure, one year of RN experience, and six months in an acute care setting. Includes nights shifts with scheduled weekly hours of 24.
