Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Tele

Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit by rendering individualized, age-specific bedside care based on the nursing process. Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and act as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment to direct other healthcare employees. Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals while participating in hourly rounding. Observe safety guidelines and safe work practices, and may be asked to lead a shift.
