Registered Nurse (RN) Med-Surg

Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document patient care, monitor conditions, and communicate with the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Assist with activities of daily living such as hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Coordinate patient care across disciplines for transfers, discharges, and referrals. Provide patient and family education tailored to age, culture, and circumstances. Advocate for physical and emotional well-being. Requires current VA or compact state license, Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification. 7A-7P schedule with 3-12-hour shifts.
