Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while recording and communicating patient conditions to the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with team members. Work 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 19:00 to 07:30, totaling 36 hours per week. Requires BLS certification and Wisconsin Board of Nursing licensure.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
