Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg – Roper Hospital – 6 South

Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical-Surgical at Roper Hospital (Charleston, SC) available for full-time evenings/nights (7pm–7am) with 36 weekly hours across three 12-hour shifts. Delivers patient care using the nursing process through data collection and assessment, identifies and prioritizes patient problems, develops and implements a plan of care, administers medications safely, and coordinates care with health-team members. Serves as a patient safety advocate, participates in quality improvement, and provides patient teaching. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary team to assess patients, create and evaluate care plans, coordinate care across departments, and support health teaching, advocacy, and outcomes improvement. Qualifications include current nursing license, BLS, and ADN or Diploma (BSN preferred).
