Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Med/Surg, PRN/registry role delivering care to pediatric and adult patients using the nursing process under supervision of providers and charge staff. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery and patient outcomes. Provides direction to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff; responsibilities include perioperative guidance and broad clinical duties such as IV care and basic nursing procedures. Requires Montana RN licensure and completing BLS/ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire. Offers a culture of teamwork, professional growth, and a strong nurse-to-patient ratio. On-site role based in Great Falls, MT.
