Job Summary
Assess patient symptoms, plan interventions, and implement treatment plans while evaluating responses and revising plans based on effectiveness. Administer medications and in-patient care activities adhering to New London Hospital standards, ensuring the environment remains safe and free from hazards. Document care using hospital standards, provide education to patients and families, and participate in interdisciplinary discharge planning. Assist in orienting new employees and attend required staff meetings. Requires a licensed RN with NH eligibility, ACLS certification within 180 days, and one year of clinical practice.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 1 year of relevant clinical practice
- Licensed RN with NH eligibility
- (ACLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 180 days
