Job Summary
Organize and provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on licensure and preparation. Contribute to facility mission and Joint Commission regulatory requirements. Requires BSN or ADN degree, current nursing licensure, and BCLS certification within one month. Part-time role at St. Marys Hospital in Detroit Lakes with day/eve rotation, weekends, holidays, and call obligation. Compensation ranges from $37.10 to $55.65 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for holidays
- Must be available for call obligation
- Must be able to work part-time (0.5 FTE)
- Must be able to work in a union environment
