Job Summary
Conduct post-operative assessments, wound care, and patient monitoring on a 1:6 ratio for patients recovering from general, orthopedic, and neurosurgical procedures. Perform timely documentation of medical necessity and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to support the Post Surgical Overflow Medical-Surgical Unit. Maintain 3x12 day shifts (7a-7p) with rotating weekends. Requires current Alabama or compact state RN license, Associate's Degree in Nursing, and BLS certification.

- Basic Life Support certification
