Job Summary
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement patient care plans to optimize outcomes for adult populations with medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurologic conditions. Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed staff while delivering education and emotional support tailored to patient age, culture, and circumstance. Manage monitoring and post-surgical care for general, urology, and vascular patients at a Level I Trauma Facility, focusing on stable patients without drips. Requires a BSN or ADN degree, one year of acute care RN experience, and current licensure. Offers rotating day and night shifts with weekend rotation, up to $41.50/hr base pay plus $4/hr differentials, and extensive benefits including tuition assistance and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Acute Care RN experience
- Graduate from school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license
- BLS
