Job Summary
Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside for the Medical/Surgical team, applying clinical knowledge to deliver patient-centered, holistic care. Maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and complete Basic Life Support (BLS) certification while working a full-time, 36-hour weekly schedule including nights. Deliver quality care across 13 hospitals and community-based health centers throughout Illinois and Wisconsin, adhering to core values of respect, care, competence, and joy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- Valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules (Wisconsin)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption
Desired Qualifications
