Assess patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts, promptly identifying and reporting status changes. Perform procedures and monitor patients for therapeutic responses to prescribed medications, ensuring thorough documentation of care administration. Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipating needs. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures. Maintain open, collaborative relationships with direct managers and hospital councils to shape decisions that elevate patient outcomes and the future of nursing. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start.
