Job Summary
Conduct daily med-surg patient care across multiple shifts, utilizing research and evidence-based practices to practice at the top of your license. Participate in clinical instruction and complete a Nurse Residency program to support ongoing learning. Maintain current Connecticut RN licensure and BLS certification while managing acute care responsibilities. No off-shift rotations or mandatory weekend coverage apply to your schedule. Required Qualifications
- Current Connecticut RN License required within 90 days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
