Job Summary
Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate nursing interventions on a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit. Perform timely and accurate documentation, complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans, and conduct Quality Improvement assessments. Provide care tailored to patient condition and age within a 6:1 staff ratio. This 3x12 night shift role (7p-7a) requires weekends and holidays, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment. Applicants must hold a current NC or compact RN license, an associate's degree, and AHA BLS certification within 30 days. Required Qualifications
