Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg

Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate nursing interventions on a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit. Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age, while performing timely documentation and revising Interdisciplinary Care Plans. Conduct QI assessments and administer treatments alongside physicians, advanced practitioners, and nursing assistants in a collaborative environment. Maintain a 6:1 patient ratio and ensure patient comfort and safety. Requires current NC or compact RN license, AHA BLS within 30 days, and ACLS/PALS within six months. One year of experience preferred. Schedule includes 3x12s night shifts (7p-7a) with weekends and holidays required.
