Job Summary
This Registered Nurse position in Med Surg focuses on providing direct and safe patient care to a variety of complex patients, participating in interdisciplinary teams, and assuming a clinical leadership role with a focus on mentorship. The RN will engage in continuous development, actively contribute to quality improvements, and foster patient satisfaction and safety in line with best practices.
