Job Summary
Provide direct and safe patient care, utilizing the nursing process while coordinating care for assigned patients. Participate in interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and support nursing quality initiatives. Actively seek and provide feedback to improve clinical practice. Demonstrate clinical skills, patient assessment, and medication administration. Support shared governance and contribute to unit goals, while also engaging in professional development and maintaining compliance with DNV standards.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- One year of experience as a professional RN
Desired Qualifications
- National certification in clinical specialty
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree
- Long Term Care: One year experience
- Membership in professional organization
