Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Float Pool - St. Rita's Medical Center

Delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection, assessment, and evaluation of outcomes. Coordinates patient teaching activities and directs care provided by health team members. Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyzes data, creates care plans, and implements treatments while administering medications safely. Serves as the point of contact for patient care coordination throughout hospital departments and participates in ongoing quality improvement. Acts as a patient safety advocate and incorporates the professional practice model into care delivery. Requires a valid nursing license, Associate or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred), and BLS certification. Full-time, part-time, and PRN availability across all shifts at St. Rita's Medical Center.
