Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for medical-surgical patients while administering prescribed medications and treatments. Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans, then monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition or response to care. Maintain accurate patient records including test results and nursing assessments, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Requires an active Florida RN license (or Compact RN with 90-day compliance), ASN or BSN degree, acute care experience, and BLS certification. Full-time role with day/night shifts, rotating weekends, and a sign-on bonus up to $25,000.
