Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee medical surgical units as a clinical supervisor, managing daily nursing operations, staffing, and quality assurance for inpatient care teams. Lead change management initiatives and guide staff through process improvements while ensuring compliance with state board regulations. Manage night shift rotations from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, maintaining 36-hour weekly schedules across full-time roles. Maintain current Missouri RN licensure and BLS certification, with a focus on lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing during duties. Support new graduate and experienced nurses through tuition assistance programs and loan forgiveness opportunities within the hospital's growth strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations
- 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
- Night Shift | 7:00PM-7:30AM
Desired Qualifications
